Schedule Change Request

Please complete this form to request a schedule change.

All requests will be considered but not necessarily approved. Schedules are developed based on graduation requirements, pathways, class availability, and much more. No schedule changes will take place after the first week of school without approval from the principal and dean of students. This is per our handbook. Incomplete requests will not be considered. Submit your request. If approved, a new schedule will be brought to you. If denied, you will be contacted.
