MOUNTAINEER SUMMER STRENGTH AND CONDITONING KICK-OFF
MONDAY, JUNE 8TH
AVAILABLE TO ALL STUDENTS IN GRADES 7 -12
Training sessions will be held Monday-Friday from June 8- July 3. Sessions will take place in the school gym between 10:00-11:45 AM, and will include weight-training, speed, and agility training.
- No school-issued workout gear. Students must provide their own:
- workout clothing
- water bottles
- No locker rooms will be available
In addition, all UIL social-distancing guidelines will be practiced.
