Superintendent
Mr. White came to us from Perryton ISD, where he was the Assistant Superintendent in the 4A district. He has served as a principal at both high school and junior high levels, was named “Teacher of the Year” as a science and math teacher, and has coached wrestling, baseball, football, track, and basketball.
Mr. White was named Superintendent of the Year for ESC15 for 2023.
A superintendent's duties include leadership for the planning, organization, operation, supervision, and evaluation of district education programs. The Texas Education Code requires that superintendents prepare and submit a proposed budget to the boards of trustees and administer the adopted budget.
